Report incidents straight from your phone. Add photos, capture witness details, drop a pin on the location, and collect signatures on the screen. The whole thing takes under a minute. Incidents have their own workflow separate from checklists so urgent issues get the visibility they need.
Checklists and inspections
Create inspections, audits, and compliance checks that work on mobile or desktop. Build your own from scratch or pick from a library of ready-made templates. Fields include text, numbers, drop downs, checkboxes, dates, photo uploads, signatures, and location. Group questions into sections, mark fields as required, and reuse templates across your team.
Task management
When a checklist or incident flags something that needs doing, turn it into a task. Assign it to someone, set a deadline, and track it through to completion. Add notes, view the activity history, and keep everything linked back to the original report.
Sites and locations
Set up your sites with addresses, coordinates, contact details, and on-site hazard information. Reference them across incidents and checklists to build up location-specific safety records over time.
Document storage

When you need more, Pro is £3 per user per month. Unlimited users, unlimited sites, unlimited records, and 10 GB of storage per user. That's it. No hidden fees, no complicated tiers.
What's coming
This is version one, not the final version. Scheduled checklists are already live, letting you set up complex frequencies and assign them to specific users or roles so nothing gets missed. Deeper reporting and integrations are next on the list. We're building based on what users tell us they need, so if something's missing, we want to hear about it.
